Okay, so this morning I took another little test run in my FiveFingers. 5km, my base training route from work.
Surprisingly my shins didn't hurt at all like last time. I guess wearing them around the house so much helped more than I expected. The only 'issue' was a hot spot under my left big toe. But taping it for a couple of runs should sort that out.
So I think I'm ready to try a 6-7 km run in my FiveFingers. See how that goes...
